Whether you're stepping onto the mats for the very first time or you're an experienced competitor sharpening your game, there's a class for you. Foundations programmes build the core fundamentals of grappling and wrestling, all-levels classes focus on longer rounds and live sparring, and dedicated junior and kids sessions develop confidence, coordination, and discipline in a supportive environment. A coach who invests in how you learn
At Cognition Jiu Jitsu, our coaches are serious about being the best they can be — so they've joined a community of forward-thinking coaches, led by Greg Souders, who train with the constraints-led approach: a modern, games-based method grounded in motor-learning science. You learn by solving real problems on the mat — and build skill faster.

Founder and head coach of Cognition Jiu Jitsu. A certified Brazilian Jiu Jitsu black belt, Luke leads every class on the schedule — from the youngest Grapple Club members through to adult competition training — bringing a structured, foundations-first approach to gi, no-gi, and wrestling.
