A coach who invests in how you learn
At Easton Training Center — Centennial, our coaches are serious about being the best they can be — so they've joined a community of forward-thinking coaches, led by Greg Souders, who train with the constraints-led approach: a modern, games-based method grounded in motor-learning science. You learn by solving real problems on the mat — and build skill faster.

General manager and head of Easton Training Center — Centennial. A Brazilian Jiu Jitsu black belt and dedicated leg-lock enthusiast, Vellore has been training jiu-jitsu for more than sixteen years. After leaving the military he moved to Denver and began training full time with the Easton/Grudge family, and today he runs the Centennial academy — leading its coaching staff and community while still sharing his striking and grappling knowledge on the mats.

Dropped in while visiting the area and was blown away by the facilities, friendliness, and overall experience. Coach Vic runs a great class with the perfect blend of drilling and rolling. Looking forward to dropping by next time I'm in town.
Ryan HailGoogle reviewAfter a year and a half of training here I'd have to say I have so many close relationships with people I'd take a bullet for. This academy is truly what I look forward to at the beginning of my work week that truly gets me through my work week knowing I get to train with so many good people on my off days. Truly wouldn't know where I'd be without this group of people. Thank you.
Zachary FlemingsGoogle reviewEaston Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is an incredible place for families! The coaches are amazing — patient, supportive, and truly dedicated to every student. My son has autism, and we take him five days a week. The environment has been so welcoming and understanding. What really makes Easton stand out is how family-oriented they are. Parents can even get on the mat with their kids during the Saturday morning class — such a special way to share time and grow together. You can't ask for more when a place like Easton makes learning and family time go hand in hand!
Both me and my kids train here. The vibe is welcoming, the staff is friendly and helpful. The mats and locker rooms are clean and well maintained. On the training front, this is a serious place. They teach, and teach well. They teach the kids more than BJJ — they teach discipline, respect, self control and dedication. Adult classes are welcoming for new folks, and if you stick to it, you'll make progress before you know it.
Gal NatelGoogle reviewI'm nearing 3 months training in Easton's Muay Thai style kickboxing classes and I'm addicted. The coaches have great attitudes, and they are attentive and instructive. I'm already starting to feel like a part of the community. If you're interested, I highly recommend it.
Shawn RodgersGoogle reviewI've been training kickboxing and Muay Thai at Easton Centennial for almost a year. Even though this gym's farther from me than some of the other Easton locations, I keep coming back because the community here is the best. The coaches are super passionate and intentional and everyone's really welcoming. It's an encouraging environment to learn, train, and have fun. Highly recommend!
Sandi SkubalGoogle reviewI honestly just came here thinking it would be a good cardio workout, but I ended up falling in love with Muay Thai. Just went from white to yellow shirt and I'm completely hooked. The coaches here are incredible. Every single one of them brings something different but they all genuinely care about your progress. They push you, but they also make sure you're learning the right way. What really makes Easton Centennial special is the community. Everyone is supportive — whether you're brand new or you've been training for years. If you're thinking about trying Muay Thai or jiu jitsu, stop thinking and just go. Best decision I've made in a while.
Alejandro MunozGoogle reviewHaving never done any martial arts before, this gym is very welcoming to beginners. They offer many class options to accommodate different schedules and you're able to drop in without having to book way in advance. Looking forward to progressing through their Muay Thai program.
David AllardGoogle reviewI absolutely love training here because of the passionate coaches, attention to detail, and great community. They remember your name and your wins. I've trained multiple other martial arts in my life but no other gyms have given this experience.
I trained here for 3 years. Now my 5 year old is going to the summer camp here. He's never done any martial arts before, didn't know any of the other kids, and he's absolutely loving it. The staff is incredible. Everyone is welcoming, supportive and knows what they're doing! This is the best martial arts gym around!
Easton is an amazing place to grow and level up your skill. The kid classes are great, with knowledgeable trainers, a caring staff, and powerful lessons outside of jiu jitsu and Muay Thai/kickboxing. Easton is a great place to train at.
Easton Centennial is incredible. Every single one of the coaches is kind, hardcore, inclusive and understanding. This is the place I never knew I needed in my life.
